FREE Sunday Lunch for a Year Competition Entry

1. Promoter
   This competition is promoted by the Promoter operating this website. The Promoter is responsible for the administration of the competition and the selection of the winner.

2. Eligibility
   The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter
   Entry to the competition is made by purchasing a competition entry via this website and completing the required competition questions at the time of purchase.

Each entry requires:

• Completion of a skill-based multiple choice question

• Completion of a tie-breaker question

• Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions

Failure to complete any of these requirements will result in the entry being invalid.

4. Skill-Based Question
   The competition includes a skill-based question designed to prevent entries being made by pure chance.

All answers are recorded at the time of purchase and validated after purchase.
Entries that do not correctly answer the skill-based question will be deemed invalid and excluded from the competition.

No feedback will be provided to entrants regarding the correctness of their answer.

5. Tie-Breaker
   Where more than one valid entry correctly answers the skill-based question, a tie-breaker will be used to determine the winner.

The tie-breaker requires entrants to provide a numerical answer in response to the stated question.

The winner will be the entrant whose tie-breaker answer is closest to the verified target value. The target value is determined by the Promoter prior to the draw.

In the event of two or more entries being equally close, the Promoter’s decision will be final.

6. Entry Validation and Competition Status
   All entries are reviewed after purchase.

Entries that correctly answer the skill-based question will be marked as valid competition entries.
Entries that do not correctly answer the skill-based question will be marked as invalid and excluded from winner selection.

Payment for an entry does not guarantee inclusion in the competition.

7. No Refunds for Invalid Entries
   No refunds will be issued for entries that are deemed invalid due to an incorrect answer to the skill-based question or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

8. Winner Selection
   The winner will be selected from all valid entries only.

The selection process is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.

9. Prize
   The prize is as stated on the competition page. No cash alternative is available unless expressly stated by the Promoter.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.

10. Notification
    The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided at checkout within a reasonable time after the competition closes.

If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within a reasonable period, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

11. General
    The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

12. Governing Law
    This competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
